WOLFGANG VAN HALEN Announces New MAMMOTH Album The End, Releases New Single “The Spell”

Mammoth (formerly Mammoth WVH) — the band fronted by songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Wolfgang Van Halen — has officially announced their third studio album, The End, set for release on October 24 via BMG. Spanning 10 tracks and clocking in at 39 minutes, the album marks a bold step forward in Wolfgang‘s evolution as a songwriter and musician since launching his solo career in 2020. It was recorded at the legendary 5150 Studio and produced by longtime collaborator Michael “Elvis” Baskette.

To coincide with the album announcement, Mammoth has dropped a brand-new riff fest, “The Spell”. Accompanied by a performance video directed by Gordy De St. Jeor, the video showcases Wolfgang playing every instrument, further emphasizing the one-man-band approach that has defined his solo work.

The End is now available for pre-order in multiple configurations, including limited-edition vinyl color variants, signed insert editions, and exclusive retailer bundles.

As with his previous releases, Wolfgang wrote every song and performed all instruments and vocals himself. Which is impressive enough all by itself, but add in the fact that every song fucking rips and… wow. Mammoth also has a whole boatload of tour dates coming up, all of which you can find below.
